NVSHL 2008-2009 Annual Meeting

NVSHL Coaches and Member Reps,
 
The NVSHL Annual Meeting is schedule for Wed. Sept. 10/08 at 7:30pm at Broad Run High School (21670 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147). Please ensure a member representative is present to vote on required agenda items.
 
The agenda will be:   
   Team Declarations
   Registration Process
   Washington Capitals
   State of League Address
   BOD Election (3 positions available)
   Rules and Bylaws Change Proposals 
 
Also required at the Annual meeting is the enclosed Declaration of Intent form along with the required $250 US deposit. If you as a Member Rep cannot attend a proxy may stand in for if enclosed proxy form is presented at the meeting.
 
If anyone is interested in running for the BOD position, please send in a nomination email with a short BIO.
 
Enclosed is the Rule Change document to be return by Aug. 15, 2008.
 
Also, any new Varsity or Junior Varsity requesting entrance into the NVSHL must be approved.
