Stone Bridge Wins Championship 7-4 over Woodbridge

Stone Bridge proves to be to much for Woodbridge with 7-4 win at Kettler last night.

Sean Hollern led the way for Stone Bridge with 3 goals in an exciting game at the Ice Plex.  Bill Bock notched 2 as singles went to Eddie Cutler and Brendan Ahearn. For Woodbridge, Raymon Furr had 2 and Cordova, Beech had the others. Standout TJ Cuneo had an excellent game stopping 58 shots. 

The NVSHL 2007-08 First Team All-Stars were announced last night. At defense, Ken Bickell from Langley and BullDogs Brandon Ruhe took top honours. Forwards were Stewart Bell of Chantilly, Jonathon Hannums from O'Connell and Raymond Furr from the Vikings. Woodbridge goalie TJ Cuneo was best between the pipes.

Bulldogs Ruhe took home Player of the Year award for 2007-08
