All Academic Nomination

Requirements for nomination for the NVSHL All-Academic teams are as follows:

1) Student-athlete must have a GPA of 3.5 or better for EACH of the last two grading periods. (Not combined)

2) Student-athlete may add .5 GP to the grade earned for each Honors and AP class.

3) Student-athlete must compute EACH grading period on the copy of report card to ensure they have met the 3.5 minimum GPA. 

4) Student-athlete must submit this form and copies of his/her report cards for the last two grading periods. 

5) Student-athlete must be in good standing with NVSHL. 

6) Submission of report cards indicates the student-athlete gives the NVSHL the right to release his/her grade point average should he/she be chosen for the NVSHL All-Academic teams.
